![]() Your samples aren't even color balanced to neutral white so it's difficult which is affecting what. ![]() More so the glossy type papers the Epson canned profiles render slightly on the blu-ish red side and the custom is noticeably greenish yellow. So I am wondering if the Epson 2100/2200 printers have issues with glossy papers in terms of calibrating? I have read that they have issues with gloss, do they have issues with calibrating also then? I heard from here and from the pro that the newer printers like the R2400 or the R2880 perform a lot better with glossies.Įpson paper, Epson inks. I borrowed the Colormunki to calibrate both my printer and the monitor but the twilight sky looked a bit cyan. Didn't work right, at my camera club we had a ICM pro so she offered to edit the ICC for me rather than redoing it for free so I sent her the ICC file and a print. I printed the same shot out with diff profiles but took a photo of it with my dSLR.įirst I got the Luster paper calibrated ie - you send them some targets right and they email you an ICC file. I got into calibrating the printer due to Epson Prem Luster and Semi-Gloss. I disable ICM in the printer and I enable it in PS or LR.
